New Delhi/Ayodhya: Aam Aadmi Party organised a massive Tiranga Sankalp Yatra in Ayodhya under the leadership of senior party leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia and Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Tuesday. Thousands of people took part in this journey.
Aam Aadmi Party will organise Tiranga Sankalp Yatra all across Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, Sisodia said, “After seeing Ram Lalla in Ayodhya yesterday, we have prayed to the gods that the Aam Aadmi Party should get an opportunity to form the government in Uttar Pradesh. AAP will form a government in the state which will take inspiration from the ideals of Lord Ram. By the grace of Lord Shri Ram, Delhi Government is functioning in accordance with the ideals of Lord Ram and Arvind Kejriwal is the only Chief Minister in all of India who is running the government by following the ideals of Ram Lalla. Today Lord Ram is discussed in other parties, but we all know what is happening in the name of Lord Ram.”
“The Yogi government of BJP in Uttar Pradesh is neither of the common people nor of Shri Ram. Instead of ending Goonda Raj, the Yogi government is promoting Goonda Raj in the state. Even after 75 years of independence, instead of giving their due to those who give us food, it is very shameful that they are calling farmers goondas, goons and terrorists,” he said.
Manish Sisodia said, “In the 75th year of independence, we will take inspiration from the Tiranga in Ayodhya, the city of Shri Ram, and take a pledge to form a government that provides good education, health, employment, security to women to every person standing under this Tiranga. Yogi made big promises to the people of Uttar Pradesh 4.5 years ago that if his government is formed in Uttar Pradesh, then UP will get freedom from goonda raj, corruption will be free, youth will get jobs. Yogi promised to show farmers the dream that the price of their crops would be doubled, that he would establish such a law and order system where mothers and sisters would be safe. But the Yogi Government has only and only cheated the public.”
Yogi govt promoting Goonda Raj, neglecting safety of women
Sisodia said, “In the last 4.5 years, the Yogi government instead of freeing Uttar Pradesh from Goonda Raj has promoted Goonda Raj. Jaiprakash Pal was publicly murdered in front of the officers and the police. A girl was raped in Hathras, but instead of supporting the girl’s family, the Yogi government failed to stand with the poor. The Yogi government of BJP, which dreamed of ending the Goonda Raj, stood with the goons and rapists. And to hide his misdeeds, he cremated the body of the victim at 2 o’clock in the night. The Yogi Government not only encouraged Goonda Raj but also stood with the goons. Today, all the newspapers of UP are full of incidents of rape of young girls, but the Yogi Government has become so ruthless that instead of improving the law and order, it is maligning the poor.”
Yogi govt reinforcing corruption in UP
The Yogi government has shown its true colours of corruption. In this regard, Sisodia stated that the Yogi government promised to make Uttar Pradesh corruption-free, but during the COVID period, when schools across the country were closed, the Yogi government committed a scam of Rs 9 crore in the name of distribution of bags and stationery.
“During COVID, he bought a ventilator of 8 lakhs and showed 22 lakhs instead. The Yogi Government crossed all the limits of corruption and committed a scam in the name of Shri Ram. In the name of building Ram Mandir, mothers and sisters sold their jewellery, farmers and common man donated from their savings, but the BJP and the Yogi Government were dishonest even in that donation money. Today there is no such Tehsil, Police Station or government office in UP where work is done without taking money. This shows that the Yogi government is neither for the common man nor for Lord Ram.”
Fake promises of jobs, quality education under Yogi govt
In the last 4.5 years, there were recruitment examinations, interviews in UP, but even after so many years, people still did not get appointment letters. During the tenure of Yogi, for the first time in history, married women shaved their heads for their rights, because the Yogi Government is engaged in taking away the jobs of these Shiksha Mitras. Today there is no such market in UP where the farmers get the price of their crops according to the MSP. The Yogi government had promised to give double the price of the crops to the farmers, but the farmers are not getting even half the price of their crop with great difficulty. And when farmers are demanding their rights, the BJP and Yogi government are calling them goondas, Mawali and terrorists. Even after 75 years of independence, this behaviour with our Annadaata is extremely shameful.”
Sisodia said, “The condition of education in Uttar Pradesh is so bad that when I went to see the schools in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, I was stopped by the police. Because the Yogi Government does not have a single school that it can call a model school. The plight of health facilities in Uttar Pradesh can be seen in the times of COVID when thousands of people died due to lack of treatment and bodies were seen floating in the Ganges. Today people from villages of Uttar Pradesh are taking their children to cities for dengue treatment by sitting on cycles but they are neither getting beds nor treatment in the hospital. Parents are forced to take their children back home in the same condition. These pictures are heartbreaking. This is fake nationalism of BJP.”
AAP’s Tiranga Yatra with the resolve to end corruption in UP
Sisodia challenged this fake nationalism of BJP and said that we will take out Tiranga Yatra with the resolve that we will free Uttar Pradesh from corruption, loot, rioters and goons. We have Shri Ram in our hearts and Constitution in our hands. And we will fulfil that dream by taking the Tiranga which Babasaheb had dreamt for India while making this constitution.
