Going forward, the PV industry is gearing up for the upcoming festive season and witnessing sequential recovery on a low base of last year. However uncertainties on account of global chip shortage and rising commodity prices exist. Reports suggest that several automakers including market leader Maruti Suzuki cut vehicle production in August, as the shortage of semiconductors remains severe.
